Abhuva

Abhuva is gotten very hard to kill now. We had 2 lvl 80, some lvl 60 and 50 and 43+.

We tried 100 of times but we could not kill it.
Before e4 we killed it with all lvl 50. now its all impossible.
What do you think of that?

General question. What do you think of bossed and mobbs?

I think the problems were:
a) I got healed maybe 5 times the entire fight?! I'm not afraid of tanking, but with ahbuva doing so much damage maybe some more healing?
b) that one time I was there abhuva decided to run off and aggro, breaking the rhythm, which caused most of us to die.
c) perhaps you guys should ask villa to help out next time seeing as how she's a knight.
d) Only abhuva seems to be troublesome since I can solo ofo at lvl 80.

that time when plat was tanking my comp froze so i didnt know what was going on haha
but yea....before in e3 cleric could spam heal.
and now we cant.
so it is harder to manage.
and with the aoe atk going all around...having to heal everyone takes up lots of mp
that is what i think as cleric :/

we taed ml2 and what we see abhu was damn so hard
it is not fault of tank
abhu doesn'T hit only 1 person regardless who has the aggro
he hits everybody in a certain range
thats why it was so damn hard and lots of us died lots of times.
but we managed to kill it since we had ely, arch,izno,villa,me,crunkey,touch...and pixies(dun counting dee since he was just lying dead on the floor. lolz)
with e4 ?? bosses became impossible to kill nearly.at least i guess so. ofo is easy since he has only dot and area efect skill.(not counting neut of darkness)but abhu's normal hits even damageing in certain range..
he was hitting me at the first but after than when i changed my place he couldn'T hit me at all
no need to thank me for enlightment....

since i knew people had blue pixies

and this is so g@y i cant use water alot NO MORE the cost of water is crazy i can use like 4 or 5 and i am out so tryin to solo bosses is like hopeless...

at least i dunno which char can yet
besides, i think you need a higher lvl now
to solo at spots where before
you did not to be as high in lvl =]

I think everyone in the party needs to switch to bows and stand off to the side and take pot shots at abhuva where they won't get hit (since bows give the longest range) unless you're a DM and can spam all your lvl 1 skills. That way, clerics can conserve mp and heal only the tank by standing as far away from abhuva as possible, with only the tank taking damage... still have to toy around with the positioning but I think that's the general idea now.

yeah that's what i did....
i used bow and tried to get farthest distance possible
but i still got hit lol ~_~;;

well don't just stand anywhere as far as you can away... From what I understand there's a specific radius around abhuva, and only certain segments along that circle are safe locations where you won't get hit by aoe. I mean like stand off to the side of abhuva and plug away with your bow. The only tricky part is to get the clerics to stay on that circle and remain within healing range.

Plat, one thing I noticed about my healing range is its freakin' HUGE!!! I can heal at ridiculously long ranges. ;D
