Why the separated guild for siege?

yeah so how come

doesn't this mean that we won't benefit from the dungeon taxes?
or is it meant to be so? so the siege guild will get all the benefit so they could grow strong?

and i'm still not sure about the taxes part, how is it distributed to the guild.

The second guild was created because Guardians missed the time attack on the first try. The second guild kept us from having to wait another week.

The taxes would go to the owning guild (IB). Seph would decide on how they would be distributed. Given the current status of the server, I'd say the dungeon siege is the least of our concerns now.
