There is no accounting for intelligence... I'd almost wonder though, if this was staged and not 'real'. Although what that kid did could be considered aggressive behavior, it would be hard for the officer to defend the continued beating. If the vid was truly real, I'm sure that it would never have made it to the net. It really didn't seem like they were going to get away.
