One thing priests have that bishops don't: martyrdom. Depending on the exp penalty if your entire party is about to die and you have low mp go for it and massively heal your entire party =D
Actually I would suggest you let all the other clerics go priest or bishop and read all the whining before you make your shift.

that's really uber good deal DB i'd take it right now if i were you hehe plat's being really generous IMO  i mean it in a good way ^^ nothing bad and yeah i'm reading up on e4's pet dang yeti and orc supposedly will be pretty good or something and skelly gonna be nerfed or w/e so i'm seeing how's it goes now so far right now i got blue pixie and yeti i want orc! plat tell me your spot again ^^ i know where it is, but i just wanna know the region where you got the card from coz' that's what i did with the blue pixie too i copied celeste |

DB go with high priest like elke said, DP is where its at, if you wanna solo, use your HW. Also im thinkin bishops might have a hard time getting into parties, considering there are going to be warlocks.. and others kids of DM type chars. I donno thats just a thought.
