5. Before attacking anyone please consider how it will affect the reputation and image of the GUARDIANS.
6. Anyone who joins the guild and uses the name to PK others
unjustly will be kicked from the guild and declared KoS to all members of the guild.
9. If you turn on PK without direction from an officer, you will be responsible for your actions. Depending on the situation, this could mean dismissal from the guild.

i will give the full story.



i Dped today since 3:00 pm eastern time
until about 9:00 pm. so about 6 hours of DPing.

since i started DPing
there has been people, other parties, coming to our rooms
though this may not be may not sound unusual
but all those people that have come
have been hostile towards us

they have been hostile in terms of trying to take over room
ksing us, and also provoking us verbally

but during all those times, none of my party member
including myself, flagged

in the first few groups/individuals that came
they did not flag, so neither did us

but the next few, they started attacking us
and we basically fought back in return

it was a weird day today, i have encountered
more hostility today in dungeon than usual
and because of this, we have become
sort of on our guard side, you know what i'm saying?
(sorry i do not know the word)
like we are always on the look out

so then here comes pauletatubarao, an r3, to us
really close to us, we were all really busy DPing
especially me, because i was the only cleric in the DP
and we were drawing 2-4 mobs at a time

i do not remember exactly what pauletatubarao had said
but the individual that came to us before him
was another r3 fighter, and that person would never leave us
and just kept on nagging us and
my DP which were not all Guardians, and not under my control
just flagged and started attacking that r3 fighter
he fought back for a bit, but then left because i believe
he knew that he'd be dead if he stayed
(we had some pretty strong summoners class)
i myself then, at that time, also flagged in a simple reason
to heal my party member
i did not, not turn on my pk because at that time, i did not have the time to tell them to stop and to not pk

i did not turn pkon with the intention of pking
but i had to turn pkon because of a few reason:

1) i just wanted my party to stay alive

2) we had SS on the whole time, as well as myself, and me as a poor player, just added the more reason for myself, to defend my party member, so we do not lose more SS time than we had to.

3) from my experience, r3 do not DP in MLs. and if they do, they are either doing abhuva or oforia. which i have seen them doing in a group of 2-5. not solo. what i have seen and experienced, solo r3s most of the time, were there to PK, to find pkers, basically to kill some. this had just developed in me, the distrust of R3s in MLs.

4) from the previous encounters with other individuals, DPs that had made us put our guard up.


at that same time
there was another DP that was already in our same room
and we were all agitated already, and i couldn't pay attention to
all the actions of my DP member, and before i knew it one or two of my striders finished pauletatubarao off.

so that was what happened.

i had pk on because most of my member were on
i just simple wanted to keep them alive

i know this may sound like i am supporting their pking
but really at that time, i really just turned it on
to heal my DP, as well as what i really just thought was right
at that instance

i never turned on PK with intention to PK

besides i was also the cleric
i know my role in DP
as a cleric in general
capability of cleric (so far)
and the danger i put myself in, if i were to flag

and demonic
you never seen me with PKing troubles too
though this does not give me the right for an excuse
but at least i never had a reputation of this no?

by the way i hate to say this
but what pauletatubarao said in his last words...
i really cannot accept
for it is not legitimate

and if he already has this heart and mindset
before he even joins the guild
isn't he being hypocritic about the rules of Guardians
that he used against me.
they are not even his* rules either!

if he really does look for me to PK me
let him know all my characters name has Dee in the end
it will be easy to tell it's me
i just would like to see where he will take this to

when the time comes, i will take necessary actions
to defend myself, but i assure you i will never initiate the fight
and will never flag

people that know me, knows that i do not find favor in Pking
but i do not take threats lightly
nor do i reject challenges

thanks for the explanation i just need to know what was going on cause lately a few guild members are trying my patience and are on the verge of being kicked because they don't seem to want to follow guild rules or they are causing problems within the guild or out of the guild

first let me know when shining buster is a non pk move.
second i got hit buy the noby strider i use dep evasion and try to kiled the noob i run after him he log the the kahuana, sirroger and the sorce started hiting me.
third i when there because i got a report from a player that they were pkers in that spot he told me he got kiled when he asked for help to do is dlay quest.
i had non of my skils on no assassin impact no contration no quick move on no nothing so if i was gona pk u guys i try to use it no?
i was only there because i was asking u if the guild lider was on...

i dont ned nothing more to explain wy i will not join this clan or any of the clan alys.....

my suggestion is :

always get a screenshot to prove what u say or its my word against yours. The most objective method is too watch what happened in a screenshot.Because every1 has his/her story which is subjective

and if u look in pauleta's ScreenShot u will see the strider is dead in the farther room and i dont think he coulda atacked 1st ......

he was alone , party had 8 ppl

I have to say something here...

1. Dee is a peace maker, always trying to bring peace to the place, making jokes and stuff. So that's why i know, this guy (pauletatubarao) is lying. Dee i'm with you man, just gimme a yell and i will be there for ya.

2. pauletatubarao try to listen sergiu's advice before coming here to "report" some abnormal attitude of a GUARDIAN member.

I would be very concerned except for the fact that I believe Dee is the one person in the guild who is more anti-pk than me. Dee has never shown that he would actively pk.

When playing Naritha, I have flagged several times when my party did to take care of ks-ers. I've felt in those circumstances that it is justified.

In support of Dee, the ML dungeons are the worst place for R3 and R4 players to harrass the lower levels. Quite often, I'm on high alert while in there. In fact, quite often when I was leveling Lex or Naritha, I would keep Vynn logged nearby just for such circumstances.

Id think that there has been a bit too much pk in the guild... and at the size Guardians is at, it's very hard to manage everyone closely.

I'm sorry that you ended up dying, Paul... But knowing Dee like I do, I have to say I would tend to back him up in this situation.
