If you mean like movie movies, then I would have to say one of my top 3 favorites of all time would be "The Princess Bride."

No, I meant "real" movies you watch in the cinema or whatever. I think we could also use this Thread as some kind of Movie-Suggestion-Thread in case someone loves particular movie genres/actors/directors, so other people can throw in some suggestions. Here's my list: - Schindlers List - Clockwork Orange - American History X - Fight Club - The Godfather I and II - Silence of the .... I don't know the word, you know what movie I mean - Equilibrium - Pulp fiction (http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=PE9Qm8mShik&feature=related) - The Pianist - THX 1138 - Taxi Driver - Brazil - Lord of the rings (All time favourite) - Batman - The Dark Knight Those are movies I can think of right now. I pretty much like old movies, some of the older Gangster/Mafia movies aren't bad either imo. Tell me if you know those movies, which you like, which you hate, I'm interested, lol. @plat You should record some of your duels and post them in the pvp section  @medi I have to admit that I've never heard of that movie but that doesn't mean that it's not good. I read about it on wikipedia and it's said that it very ironical on some moments, I like that, lol. |

Got some good movies there Caster. Pulp Fiction is also one of my favorites, and The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is very close to the top as well. You should check out Princess Bride sometime though, I highly recommend it. |

And btw, if you really liked The Lord of the Rings I recommend to buy the DvDs with the Bonus matierial, it's pretty expensive for a DvD but it's worth the money in my opinion. The movies are 3 1/2 till 4 hours long in extended version (Return of the King is exactly 240 mins long  ) and to each movie you got like 7-8 hours bonus material and additional infos which are very interesting. They cost like 50 € here, that's like 65-70 $ for you guys. Or you can download it somewhere, lol, but I prefer to have original DvDs in my shelfs.  |

Favorite movies:
1. Batman - The Dark Knight
2. LOTR - entire trilogy
3. S.W.A.T. (don't ask me why I like that one, I don't know I just do)
4. Princess Bride (I swear I'm not copying you all)
5. The Prestige (sp?)
6. Monty Python and the Holy Grail (yes, I'm a nerd)
7. Thr3e (if you haven't seen that movie read the book first, the book will blow your mind and it's mostly because of the book that I even like the movie)
8. Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?
9. Minority Report
And there are others but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
