Forest is a pretty good friend of mine, he's actually the one that gave me Lil Kate way back when.

Well, I just don't like he needs to put pk on because of every silly sh1t. For example, he turned pk on when a whole pt was at ss, he too, and attacked random people ~_____~

Didn't say we were best buds or that he's never an a$$, just that we were somewhat buds (perhaps my previous post suggested otherwise). Flagging a pt that is on SS is downright shady.

Best strat for buffing Music, is to break them up. Buff the first 4 people and pets then wait for 5 minutes and buff the others, or buff all people then go back in 5 and buff the pets. Staggering it like that helps a lot. At higher levels you'll have enough mp that it won't be as much of a concern anyway. And to be honest, in my experience people rarely bring scrolls to scroll their healers. Or they won't scroll you unless you repeatedly ask or someone dies... then all of the sudden something clicks and they realize that the healer doesn't have any mp and they start shouting for everyone to scroll the healer quick. Everyone in the pt should be keeping an eye on the healers mp bar, doesn't take that much effort and will save the entire pt a lot of grief. On-topic: Clericz r teh Pwnzorz! Lol I would break up buffs, but I just can't stand it when people have different timers left even if it's organized. Plus with as many noobs as there are these days, they need structure or they don't get why I'm not buffing them when I'm buffing others, regardless of how much time is left. I ran into one cleric with my DM where she thought the effectiveness of buffs diminished as time went on so she was always burning out her mana rebuffing us 30 seconds later after she just did. I've tried breaking it before and I left about 2 or 3 people unbuffed a lot. Yea I'm at the moment where the bishop gets all buffs higher lvl but doesn't necessarily have all that much more mana. That's why I like bishop when there's a priest around. Gives me an excuse to just whack stuff and let the priest heal so I can say I'm "saving up for buffs".

i was in a DP the other night and this guy had 10 mins left on his buffs and was demanding i buff him and i was like no, you have as much time left as everyone else, he's like i want buffs now, and he's totally spamming me in PM every 30 seconds rebuff rebuff.. i blocked his PM's hahahah and ya... i buffed him at the same time i buffed everyone else > right in order... i break up my buffs too players then pets... cause i don't have the mana to buff the full party.. i ended up short about 9 buffs (4.5 peoples) when i do it all in a row and why do people ask for speed buffs when we are all standing in a pile tab killing, not running anywhere and they aren't fat ? i haven't figured that one out... i could understand if they were pulling? and might have to get in and out of the group faster to get the mobs/get away from the mobs... or are those peoples just being pricks ?

Speed buffs are always important because often the party is standing in the middle of a room, which may or may not be large enough for constant kill speed. If the room is too big then people need to run around to kill stuff properly. Also useful in case you get in a pinch and need to run. Wind pots aren't as effective as a speed buff.

I would recommend leveling it, if for nothing else then just to run to the spot where you party is dp'ing. All Hunas should max levels of their patt, pdef, and speed buffs imo. Thx Db And yeah, I normally try to buff all people first, then buff pets a couple mins later after I've popped a tea and a pot or two. Especially if I'm solo healing to conserve needed mp for healing. And I don't normally start rebuffing anything until around 5 minutes left on their tickers. If they wanna argue about it, they can see how fun it is to kill a dungeon mob 10 levels above them with no buffs at all. ;D That's all I have to say about that... *in best Forest Gump voice*

Actually if I'm not mistaken, speed buff is like +20 movespeed at lvl 1 and +30 movespeed at lvl 10 or whatever. Now, I admit freely I may be mistaken, but the difference from +20 to +30 isn't nearly as big of a difference from +0 to +20.
Based on that, I'd suggest this. Lvl it and use the highest lvl you have when everyone is running through the dungeon to the destination, or in pvp, or in sieges, or stuff like that. But once you're in a location with a party, use like lvl 1 or 2 so you can conserve mana. Using the highest lvl of movement speed buff in a dp isn't nearly as critical as using say, the highest lvl you have of blessing of vit or Forces of sacred fire or wind weapon or something like that.
