E4 is not a new game like 2Moons is. Rappelz is a game that has been out for almost a year and is adding to their content as well as rebalancing with every new epic that comes out. There is no open beta, as far as I know, for any game that releases expansions on a regular basis, lol!

To shorten it up a bit for you:

Rappelz=not new game / 2Moons=new game

Either I can't dl them or they do not work when I get them dl'd. In this case, 2Moons website will not let me dl the client and I cannot find it anywhere else.
